The original BabelGraph site is for the software package that I wrote one summer during medical school. It was intended to be an interactive, 3D exploration and visualization tool for graphs. Support for this programming came from the Robert Wood Johnson Health and Society Scholars Program. The repository for the alpha release is on https://github.com/gweissman/BabelGraph.
